1. Agreement and Acceptance By using the QORD.ai Platform (“Platform”), you agree to the below binding Terms of Service (“Terms”), Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement. These terms govern your access to, and use, of Platform. We may modify the Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account Integrity

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use QORD.ai Platform.
  • Account Information: All users of the Platform must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. The account owner is the individual or entity that registers the account. Account owners may not share use of, or access to, their registered account.
  • Legal Compliance: The Platform may be used solely for lawful purposes. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

3. Privacy and Data Management By using the Platform, You hereby consent and agree to the terms within our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Usage Guidelines

  • Prohibited Activities: The Platform may not be used to infringe upon the rights of any entity or individual. You further agree that the Platform may not be used to engage in any harmful, deceptive or malicious activities of any kind.  
  • Service Integrity: By using the Platform, You agree not to interfere with or disrupt access to, usage of, or operation of the Platform or any of it’s user.

5. Payments and Financial Terms

  • Fees: Fees related to the continued use of the Platform are due as specified on Services Contract and are non-refundable. You are responsible for all associated costs, including taxes and surcharges.
  • Billing Information: You agree to maintain correct and up to date billing information. We reserve the right to suspend service  or access as a result for unpaid accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All data and content within Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Any use of content or data not expressly     permitted by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Data Processing Agreement is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Service Provision: Use of and access to the Platform is provided “as is,” without any representations or warranties of any kind. We are not liable     for interruptions of the Platform by users, nor for any loss of data resulting from use of the Platform.
  • Limitations of Liability: Liability is limited to the amount for services paid by You within the last three months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, nor for speculative or loss of profit damages.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Changes and Assignments: Users of the Platform will be provided with notice of any changes or modifications made to the Terms. Continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies acceptance of any altered or unpaid Terms.
  • Arbitration: Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
  • Termination: We may terminate Your access to the Platform for any reason, including non-payment or breach of these terms.
